My Health Transformation

In July of 2018, I made the decision to lose a significant amount of weight.  I was 200 pounds overweight and a diabetic.  I also struggled with high blood pressure and experienced consistent, significant pain in both legs.  I knew that if I didn't lose the weight, my diabetes would become significantly worse and I was risking an early death.  I reluctantly joined a health program with my wife.   I was very skeptical as I have struggled with my weight since I was a young child.   Throughout my life, I have lost anywhere from 75. to 150 pounds a handful of times only to gain the weight  back and more.   I said "Yes" to trying this program as I knew how much my wife, Michelle, worried about my health.  Little did I know that this program was going to be one of the best decision I have ever made.

I ended up losing over 200 pounds and am no longer a diabetic.   Most importantly, I have kept the weight off this time!!     I lost the weight the correct way through nutrition, habits and education.  I feel strong, I feel healthy and I feel empowered knowing I have the tools to keep the weight off for good this time.
